Your main responsibilities:

Your primary mission will be to ensure the success of customers and partners using the MarkeDroid Energy Plug & Play Platform. This involves supporting B2B clients, resolving incidents efficiently, and continuously improving the customer experience across the full lifecycle - from onboarding to long-term success. The goal is to foster strong relationships, enable partner growth, and ensure a consistently high level of satisfaction.

About the role

  • Position: Full-time

  • Location: Tallinn, Ülemiste City

  • Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30 (flexibility available by agreement with the team lead)

  • Starting salary up to €2000 gross, depending on your skills and experience.

  • Language: English

What we’re looking for

  • Higher education completed or in progress

  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar B2B role is a plus - but if you’re eager to learn and have the right mindset, we’d still love to hear from you!

  • Knowledge of the energy market (strong advantage)

  • Excellent organizational skills - ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities with a proactive mindset

  • A customer-centric attitude and passion for delivering the best possible customer experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
